GoPro Hero 9-12 Travel Box

Update April 19, 2024: I've updated the insert of the case to work with the Hero 9, 10, 11, and 12. The Hero 5 insert is also still part of the print profile. Just make sure you print the correct insert for your camera. There are two separate plates for the newer cameras. One has a slot to accommodate two red light filters for snorkeling/scuba diving and a smaller general storage opening. This plate is labeled with Red Light Filters. The other plate that fits the newer cameras just has a large slot to store general items. It's labeled General.

I needed a more robust traveling case for my GoPro. I designed this around a Hero 5 stored in the GoPro protective, waterproof housing. I use it for scuba diving so I have also made room to accommodate a red light filter attached to the lense of waterproof housing. Because of this, I believe it should fit most (if not all) of the newer GoPro models with or without a waterproof case. That said, I have not tested any other model of GoPro. I have left room in the lid for added foam to help hold everything in place. This is not required but recommended because the tolerances for the insert are fairly loose. Without the foam, the items in the box will come free if not held in place with the foam. Just like all the rugged boxes, you'll need 6, M3, 30mm bolts.
