45mm Fan Blade

45mm replacement fan blade specifically modeled for EIBOS 3D Filament Dryer Series X, but can fit other 45mm fans.

I made this fan blade since the original one was too noisy. I achieved a quieter and more efficient fan.

It is highly recommended to print it in PETG or nylon to ensure the durability of the blade.

Theres an extra shaft clip included in the 3mf.

To install it, you need to carefully remove the round magnet and central shaft from the old fan blade. Then, heat up the shaft with a lighter and introduce it in the center of the new one; this melts a little bit of the material, ensuring a perfect fit. When doing this, make sure to leave the shaft as centered as possible in order to prevent excess vibrations. Finally, push the magnet into the fan blade housing and put it back on the fan. Be careful to push the clip back in the shaft.
