Hair Clips (Barrettes) - Variety

In order to make a cute craft for my daughter, I had to come up with a design for a hair clip.  This model includes 2 types in 2 orientations in 3 sizes each.  I printed in PETG for strength and flexibility.

 

The types are mostly the same except one has a completely smooth interior wile the other has ridges on the inside in order to better grab onto your hair.  

 

The orientations reverse the curve and whether it clips top down or bottom up (look at the model and that should make sense).  Originally I had the larger clip on the bottom and my wife didn't like it.  She said the part that goes along your head that you push through your hair should be flat and smooth.  So I created the other orientation where the larger clip part is on the top.

 

For sizes all of them are 55mm long but different widths.  I ended up using the 5mm for my daughter but also included 7.5mm and 10mm.  The plates are labeled with the widths.  On each plate are 4 clips, one for each combination of type and orientation.
