TOP LED Strip for A1 (8, 10 and 12mm Strips)

After receiving the A1, I found the low light it comes with very poor, since to carry out any operation you need more lighting and I have my printers in a very dark place.

This LED lighting profile is designed to take advantage of all the upper space, saving the Z axis attachments and the official upper holder for the AMS Lite.

It is composed of a profile to insert a 8, 10 or 12mm LED strip (Select on plate 2 the profile with the width of your LED strip), which is attached by 2 clips to the upper profile.

On the right end the cap will be located to protect and hide the LED strip cable, allowing it to be tied to the AMS Lite cable or brought to the symmetrical center of the A1. You can use this cap with clip or any of the other 2 caps without clip or with cable outlet as long as the weight of the cable does not increase excessively.

So that the profile is perfectly centered with the AMS Lite support and the clips, I have implemented the use of 10mm magnets (10x2).

It also incorporates a diffuser, but its installation is not strictly necessary.

So that the light can pass through correctly, natural white or translucent color should be used.

NOTE: Be aware of the temperature generated by the LED strip and hotbed that can build up inside the tube and warp it. There are LED strips with high density and voltage that could exceed the melting point of the material.

In this case, I recommend printing in PETG.

UPDATE 31/12/23: NEW PROFILE ADDED:

If you have not yet printed the top assembly of the AMS Lite official version, you can replace this part with the original one so you do not need the entire LED bar installation kit. The bar will be inserted into the slot I added inside the clip piece.
