Print in Place Nat Pat Tag for Pet Stickers

I got some Nat Pat stickers for my dog and they were trying to charge £10 for the pet tag you need to keep the sticker on. I came Maker World to see if anyone had designed a tag and didn't see one, so I designed and printed this. 

This is a print in place model, no supports needed. Should just print. 
The model does click close but knowing my dog is a big shaker, I thought I would add the tag loop for extra support so that the expensive sticker doesn't fall out.
