I tailored those accessories to fit both the ST1/EF209 chassis and Sabulatech12th Scale BL2029 TourismoWSC bodyshell
Â
The body looked a bit like a Ferrari 333SP so the wing is highly inspired from that car, as well as the roll bar.
Â
Bumper and rear bodymount are including 2 led buckets on each side, as I do not know any endurance car without lights, so the RC car I wanted to build should have light as well…
- Arch cutters :
- The files includes arches cutter (Print in PETG or PLA) : position the bodyshell on the chassis, the arch to fit on the plan of the wheel center (small arch for front, rear arch for rear), drill center, fix with a screw and nut and use an hobby knife to follow the line.
- Bumper (TPU) Â : there is two part
- Â top is acting as both Bumper, Front bodymounts and led holders
- bottom as underguard to protect the front of the chassis
- Rear Bodymount structure (TPU) : it is acting as both body mount and support for the flaps and the wing
- Washers (TPU) front and rear : to protect the bodyshell from the screws head (screws are used to mount the bodyshell on the bodymounts)
- Wing Support (TPU)
- Wing (multiple parts for easy printing) Â (TPU) :
- Main wing (2 pieces large and thin)
- Sides
- Side supports
- Flaps (TPU)
- Wing reinforcement (PETG) : I printed this part in PETG while the rest is printed in TPU. This part is used to ensure the good position of the wing. If not present, the parts printed in TPU will tend to fall down a bit
- Roll cage : 3 parts + 4 elements to insert inside the bodyshell to allow the fixation
Refer to the Assembly guide for the hardware required and placement
