Onigiri mold

A nice onigiri mold, standard size.

 

I use it on a cutting board and I use saran wrap (clear plastic wrap) to avoid the rice to stick to the mold or the cutting board. One piece of saran wrap on the cutting board and one between the top part and the rice.
