Description

I recommend printing with a 0.8mm nozzle to decrease print time.

This design was modeled with TIGHT tolerances. The board and dowels will be a snug fit. The slots were specifically designed for a 0.75in x 7.25in board (1in x 8in nominal).

Step 1: Cut the board to your desired length. Mine is cut to 2ft in the model pictures.

Step 2: Slide the Outer Sleeve over the Inner Body until the rectangle slots are aligned.

Step 3: Assemble the board and risers. The board should be flush on both sides. Mark the holes with a pen/pencil.

Step 4: Disassemble and drill the 4 marked holes on the board using a 5/16in drill bit.

Step 5: Reassemble the board and risers. Insert the 4 dowels through the board into the Inner Body. The dowels should be flush with the top of the Inner Body. This may require GENTLY hammering the dowels.
