Print Instruction

To choose the correct print profile you have to measure your monitor stand radius like shown in the picture:

Available Radii’s: R5, R10, R15 and R20.

Do you need a different radius? Write it in the comments and I would upload the needed model.

To choose the correct width and depth:

Measure your monitor stand and substrate 70mm from both dimensions. This is the needed length for the connector bars.

Example:

Your Monitor stand has a width of 220mm, then you need 2 connection bars with a length of 150mm (220mm–70mm = 150mm).

And a depth of 180mm, then you need 2 bars with 110mm (180–70mm = 110mm).

Standard dimensions of the bars are 130mm for a final length of 200mm.

Substrate 70mm because each foot has a dimension of 35mm.

Please carry out the following steps to set the length in bambu studio:

Mark one connection bar und click on “scale”:

Uncheck the box and write the required length in the X field. The Y and Z values must not change:

Choose the height: The standard height is 90mm. The connection bar is 15mm thick, so you have 75mm space under the monitor lifter.

If you want it lower (if you only store flat thinks like external hard disks etc.) you can cut the model in Bambu studio:

Click on one foot and then choose the cut command:

Write the desired height into the marked field and click ok:

Delete the cutted part with the delete key on the keyboard:

Assembly: Just push the connector bars on the foots. Make sure that you choose the correct alignment. You can use a drop of glue to prevent it from coming loose. Please mount it this way:

The yellow marked edges must be parallel. If they are not parallel you mast turn the connection bar.
