200% Dummy 13 with Tighter Joints

Remix of the Dummy 13 200% file from Printables by @Simon_49561

I've tightened the Arm and Leg rotation joints as I found they were a little loose off my printer (the yellow Joints in the picture). Thought I'd share incase others found similar.
