Happy birthday gift tag

I have a happy birthday cake topper and someone mentioned adding a gift tag of the same type of design, so here it is!   

Large size is: 66mm tall, 151mm wide, 2mm thick

Small size is: 35mm tall, 85mm wide, 2mm thick

Prints face down for a nice clean look.
