Description

I found a model on Thingiverse of my favorite band's (Jamiroquai) logo which is called Buffalo Man.  The original model includes a stand with pegs and holes on the bottom of the Buffalo Man so that it can be inserted and displayed.

I decided to fill in the holes on the bottom of the figure's feet (couldn't fill them completely, unfortunately, due to Bambu Studio throwing some sort of mesh issue my way no matter what I did) so that I could place magnet holes on the back of it.  I made some cubes, resized them, arranged them in the peg hole spaces, merged them with the Buffalo Man model, then used Mesh Boolean's Union function to solidify it all.

I took a disc and resized it to 6.17mm x 6.17mm x 2.20mm so that it will perfectly fit a 6mm x 2mm magnet.  You can get a ton of these online for cheap.  I cloned the disc three times and merged them with the Buffalo Man model.  I placed one disc on the head, one on the body, and one on each foot.  Then, I used Mesh Boolean's difference function and created the empty spaces for the magnets.

For me, four magnets is plenty because at 15% infill, the Buffalo Man is not heavy at all.  It sticks perfectly to my refrigerator!  There's a severe lack of Jamiroquai stuff in the 3D printer world (I suppose that's to be expected, in a way) so I hope this magnetic version of the band's logo is able to make some people happy!

Keep in mind, if you resize the model, the magnet holes are obviously going to no longer be able to accomodate a 6mm x 2mm magnet.
