AP AC Lite - sleek housing

 

 

I had my AP AC Lite in a room where people were smoking and after years it showed, it was completely yellow.

Also I wanted fresh cool look so I designed this new housing.

 

Assembly

Apply thermal pads from the original housing

Insert M3 threaded inserts

Glue logo to the outer housing as well as mounting plate

Reuse screws from original housing and mount the board

Use 4 M3 bolts to secure the outer and inner housing and you are done!

 

 

Also there is a simple version without any logo, but you will not be able to see the LED.
