Namensschild / Nametag für die Feuerwehr.
Der Name und die Feuerwehr, beziehungsweise der komplette Text, ist nach Belieben anpassbar.

 

Das Schild kann mit Karabiner, Schnur/Paracord und/oder Schlüsselring durch die Öse an der Einsatzkleidung befestigt werden.

Die Schrift liegt etwas tiefer um Abrieb am Text zu vermeiden.
Kann zur Atemschutzüberwachung verwendet werden, indem Name und Feuerwehr per Schild dokumentiert wird.
 

Die Maße des Nametags sind 90 *20 * 4mm³.
Wandstärke ist 4 Schichten und Füllung Wabenstruktur mit 30% um ausreichend Stabilität und Robustheit zu erhalten.

Alle Oberflächen wurden geglättet.

Ab Schicht 16 wurde die Farbe gewechselt.

Das ganze kann auch ohne AMS mehrfarbig gedruckt werden, indem bei Schicht 16 das Filament manuell gewechselt wird. (siehe auch “Change Filament G-Code without AMS”), oder es wird eine Pause bei Schicht 16 eingefügt.

Die .stl Datei wurde mit Hilfe von Tinkercad erstellt.

Nametag for the Fire Department

The name and the fire department, or the entire text, can be customized as desired.

 

The tag can be attached to the gear using a carabiner, cord/paracord, and/or keyring through the eyelet.

The text is slightly recessed to prevent abrasion.

It can be used for breathing apparatus monitoring by documenting the name and fire department on the tag.

 

The dimensions of the nametag are 90 * 20 * 4 mm³. 

The wall thickness is 4 layers, and the infill is a honeycomb structure with 30% to ensure sufficient stability and robustness.

All surfaces have been smoothed.

The color was changed from layer 16 onwards.

 

The entire tag can also be printed in multiple colors without AMS by manually changing the filament at layer 16 (see also “Change Filament G-Code without AMS”), or by inserting a pause at layer 16.
