Caster swivel mobile wheel

3d printable caster wheel, holds quite a bit of weight.

 

Material needed:

x2 608 bearing in the wheel

a bunch of 6mm bb gun plastic pellets

x8 m3 8mm screw (5 is also fine)

NOTE don't over tighten the top 3 screws. The piece is very small and if deformed it will rub against the base and not spin freely.

If installed correctly the top piece will spin like a fidget spinner.

 

 

 

If needed, you can put bit of lubricant grease on the bb balls and in between the 4 posts. It will be smoother.
