DeWalt orbital sander locking vacuum adapter

I did a quick search and didn't find what I really needed. It fits on the orbital sander, it has retention tabs, it swivel relatively easy but doesn't slide out by itself. It will fit the DeWalt shop-vac from costco with the taper from 44mm to 46mm, also fits 1 ¾'' Rigid.
