Material recomendations:

PETG, ABS, ASA. I do not recommend to use PLA due to low softening temperature.

Assembling and printing guidelines:

Printer settings:

Nozzle: 0.4 mm and lower.
Layer height: 0.12/0.16 or adaptive layer height with 0.2 max and 0.12 min. 
Supports: use supports only for handle part.
Strength: 3 walls, infill < 15%. Do not use high % of infill.
