Mini C-3PO

A simple mini of C-3PO, no AMS needed and with very little assembly is  necessary.

 

The geometry is full of details that a 80 mm figurine cant really show with FDM printing, so if you decide to scale it up, it should look even more detailed.

 

Filaments used: 

BambuLab - Basic Black

SunLu - Gold Silk

Printers used:

A1 - 0.4

A1Mini - 0.4

 

You will need gridfinity magnets to connect the head and torso (6x2mm). If you dont have any available, there is a second profile with an included pin.

Assembly instructions:

 

 

Insert the eyes in the sockets, it should pop right in. In case that it does not, grab them like the image shows, slightly heat it and squeeze a bit. The elephant foot setting may mess with the dimensions and make it harder to insert.

 

 

 

 

Glue the belly  on the legs, you will know when it fits, there is only one way to put correctly.

 

 

Add two gridfinity magnets in the head and in the body. Any issues, shoot me a comment.
