Bandsaw Template guide

This 3D-printed bandsaw template guide jig is a practical and cost-effective tool designed to enhance precision cutting. Easy to print and affordable, it eliminates the need for costly magnets, making it accessible to any woodworker. The jig features a T-track for stability and two available guide arms—one for blades up to ¼ inch and the other for blades up to ½ inch. You can print both and easily swap them out as needed to suit different cutting tasks. A knurled adjustment arm allows for fine-tuning, ensuring controlled operation.

Only requiring a ¼-20 nut and bolt, assembly is quick and straightforward, this jig offers a reliable solution for improving cutting accuracy.

The T-track is mounted in a 3.5x5-inch piece of wood and clamped to the fence for easy adjustment. You can either route a mortise or use two pieces of wood to enclose the T-track, depending on your preferred method of construction.
