65 Piece 3D Cat Jigsaw

Here's the latest in my series of 3D jigsaws, the biggest yet!  It's 65 pieces and stands over 12" or 30cm tall.

 

I've split the parts in to four plates, and you can print each plate in a different colour to get the effect shown in my photos, or make them all the same colour for a greater challenge or cleaner look.

 

This puzzle should print pretty easily, as each piece has a flat surface on the build plate.  There is still a fair bit of support needed, but it breaks off easily.  A small number of the pieces might need some cleaning up where the supports attached but for me most of it slides together easily straight from the build plate.  If you have parts that don't slide very easily you could add a little candle wax or similar.

 

I included a fifth plate with a couple of blocks with matching connector pieces that you can use to check things slide together easily if you wish.

 

I printed in BambuLab PLA Basic.
