Dewalt table saw mitre slot slider for mitre table

I needed a quick mitre table so i printed a slider for the mitre slot. This is a very tight fit, only 0.1mm clearance. 

The slider is 300mm long, about as long as possible on a standard a1/p1/x1 built plate. Does not fit on A1 mini.

The screw holes are 4.5mm in diameter with a deep countersink. I used 4x16mm screws which worked well.

When fastening to the bottom make sure to align the slider with a straight edge or it might bow and not fit in the mitre slot. 

Do not overtighten or the slider will squish and also not fit the slot.

This was made for a Dewalt 745 but all Dewalt table saws share the same mitre slot dimensions.
