Description

This is the updated version of my small sliding case. Now with a locking function to prevent it from opening accidentally in the bag. The switch engages in both positions.

 

You can use it for thinks like: 

  • Pills / first aid box for hiking tours etc.
  • Cotton swabs
  • Hair clips 
  • Earplugs 
  • Tampons 
  • Etc 

Dimensions: 

Outer: 124 x 48 x 24 
Inner: 100 x 45 x 18mm (10x10mm in one corner is blocked for the switch unit. See pictures) 

 

Further variants:

  • Variant for non electric toothbrushes
  • Variant for electric toothbrushes

 

Assemly: 

 

Part Overview:

 

  1. Push the lid on the switch guide (add a drop of glue if necessary. It depends on the choosen filament/flow settings) 
     
     
  2. Add the swich 


     

  3. Press the switch unit in the base part (add a drop of glue if necessary. It depends on the choosen filament/flow settings) 


     

  4. Add the slider as shown in the photo. Add a drop of oil at the red arrows for best functionality.

     

  5. Add the lid (add a drop of glue if necessary. It depends on the choosen filament/flow settings)
