Army Painter/Vallejo Paint Rack - Multiple Sizes

My color collection was getting bigger so I built my own paint rack. It fits Army PAinter and Vallejo paint bottles.

There are a lot of models out there but I wanted my own, one that I could mix&match.

There are multiple profiles, print and assemble the one that fits best your available space.

Profiles comes with single model plate, as well as printable set the fits the plate, so you can print them easily via app.

 

Assembly is very easy, just slide the rows between the sides!

 

You can choose how many rows you need and how many paint bottles to have per row, for a total of 6 combinations, 2 of them are A1 Mini compatible

 

There are 2 rack sides

• 4 Slots
  • this profile comes with a middle pane to support the structure and avoid bending in the middle if using 6 Paint slots
• 3 Slots (A1 Mini compatible)

 

 

There are 3 paints slots

• Pane with 6 Paint Slots
• Pane with 4 Paint Slots (A1 Mini compatible)
• Pane with 3 Paint Slots (A1 Mini compatible)

To have a complete rack you need to print

• 2 Sides (with 3 or 4 Rows)
• 3 Rows (or 4 if you chose 4 Rows side))
• 1 Bottom Pane

If you want to hang the rack on the wall (or anywhere else) or want to increase  structure solidity please print a Back Pane, it has slots for hanging it.

PS: The biggest rack you can build (24 slots) might become a bit too heavy, I strongly suggest to avoid hanging it.
