CR-6 SE Filament Sensor Adaptor for Dual Gear Ext.

Most of the filament sensor adapters for the dual gear extruder required adding two longer screws.

I designed this one to re-use two 3mm flat-head screws from the original extruder, as well as the two screws already used for the filament sensor. I also wanted it to guide the filament directly into the extruder.

After printing, I reamed out the guide tube with a 5/64 drill bit to smooth out the walls and avoid any unnecessary friction.
 

Update: 10-08-2021

Added v2, a version with a raised collar around the mounting holes for better screw grip. Also widened the guide tube slightly so you should not need to ream it out.
