TS100 / TS101 Soldering Iron Rugged Case

This rugged, multi-compartment case is a remix of the original TS100/TS80 Rugged Case V2 by Linus3DP, adapted specifically for the TS100 and TS101 soldering irons.

🔧 What’s New in This Remix:

• A new case lid design with the text “TS101” cut out.
• Custom print profiles optimized for different case components.

The internal layout of the case is designed to fit:

• TS100 or TS101 soldering iron
• Cable
• Solder reel
• Tip cleaner wire mesh
• Iron stand with bearing (acts as a rest for hot iron)
• Extra compartments for accessories or spare parts

All parts were printed without supports and assembled easily post-print.

• Layer Height: 0.16 mm
• Wall Loops: 2
• Infill: 15%
• Infill Pattern: Gyroid

🧼 Seal Profile (TPU):

• Parts: Case seal
• Layer Height: 0.16 mm

🔩 Non-Printed Parts Required:

• 6x M3 x 20 mm bolts
• 1x 608 bearing
• 1x solder reel
• 1x tip cleaner wire mesh
• 1x TS100 or TS101 soldering iron
• 1x soldering iron cable

Assembly is straightforward once all components are printed. This rugged and functional case is perfect for protecting and organizing your soldering gear—whether you're working at the bench or on the go.
