Govee TV backlight 3 Lite adapter for OLED TV <10g

Tired of a fan moving your perfectly calibrated TV backlight? Or maybe a wife just wanted to dust it off and just so slightly moved your camera? I was tired as well, until now. 

I have created a simple model that fits perfectly an LG OLED C3 model and solves our issue with insufficient thickness of a tv to hold camera in place. Print is simple, require one plate and just barely 10gram of your favourite filament. 
It's also equipped with alignment rails so you cant miss-place it, and stabilisation ring prevents camera to pivot around. 

Installation

1. Push the body from an angle so it sits on a rubberised area under camera. 
2. Align the counter weight so it lays flat with the body. 
3. Secure counterweight with stabilising ring, and clip it into the body
4. Place the whole contraption over your screen. 

 

Size is adjusted and tested only on OLED LG C3. Although, it should fit and sit firmly on any screen that is 6.0-6.4cm thick. 

 

Print settings

I have use standard 20mm preset with modified values of:

• avoid crossing walls - less strings in tight areas
• 3 walls with 5% infill - extra strength and reduction of material used
• print by object - extra quality on first few layers due to separate printing of parts.
