Zubehör Monitor-Halter / Deskmount extension

Der kleine Halter hat sich als nicht stabiel genug erwiesen.
Die Klammer ist über mehrere Tage an den Drehpunkten eingerissen 
und der Monitor langsam abgesagt.
Deshalb habe ich die Klammer nun nicht mehr seitlich sondern hinten geschlossen, die Seiten verstärkt, in einer anderen Orientierung gedruckt
und PETG anstatt PLA benutzt.

Die neuen Bilder und Druckprofile hänge ich hier an, dann braucht ihr nicht lange suchen.

Erweiterung für eine “Dual Monitor Desk Mount”. Zur Montage zweier unterschiedlich hoher Monitore.

Die Halterung wurde im hinteren Bereich mit zwei M6 Schrauben und langen Muttern verstärkt.
Die senkrechte Stange der Halterung hat einen Durchmesser von 30mm.
Der Arm für den Monitor hat ebenfalls eine Höhe von 30mm, 
plus eines Kunststoffstopfens von etwa je 0,6 mm oben und unten.
 

Im unteren Bereich habe ich mich für Gewindemuffen (wahlweise 2 Mutter übereinander) entschieden,

um die Spannungen möglichst großflächig zu verteilen.

Materialliste:
2 x Gewinde- o. Maschinenschraube M6 x 80mm, zur Verstärkung des Bobys
2 x Gewinde- o. Maschinenschraube M6 x 30mm, zum Spannen der Hülse
1 x Gewinde- o. Maschinenschraube M8 x 80mm, für die Besfestigung des Arms

4 x U-Scheiben M6, möglichst klein, für den Spanner der Hülse.

1 x U-Scheiben M8, max. 15mm Durchmesser (nicht zwingend erforderlich)

2 x U-Scheiben M6, möglichst klein, für die M6x80 (nicht zwingend erforderlich)

2 x lange Gewindemufe M6 (wahlweise 4 Mutter)

1 x lange Gewindemufe M8 (wahlweise 2 Mutter)

Mein kleiner Monitor ist ein Samsung SMBX 2440 und wiegt ca. 4,2 kg
Für die Nutzung dieses Halters ist jeder selbst verantwortlich.

The small holder proved to be not stable enough.

The clamp tore at the pivot points over several days, 
and the monitor slowly collapsed.
Therefore, I've now closed the clamp at the back instead of the side, reinforced the sides, printed it in a different orientation, 
and used PETG instead of PLA.

I'm attaching the new images and print profiles here 
so you don't have to search for them.

Extension for a "Dual Monitor Desk Mount." 

For mounting two monitors of different heights. 

The mount was reinforced at the rear with two M6 screws and long nuts. 

The vertical rod of the mount has a diameter of 30 mm. 

The arm for the monitor is also 30 mm high, plus a plastic plug of approximately 0.6 mm each at the top and bottom. 

For the lower section, I opted for threaded sleeves (optionally two nuts on top of each other) 

to distribute the stresses as widely as possible. 

Material List: 

2 x M6 x 80 mm threaded or machine screws, to reinforce the body 

2 x M6 x 30 mm threaded or machine screws, to tighten the sleeve 

1 x M8 x 80 mm threaded or machine screws, to attach the arm 

4 x M6 washers, as small as possible, for the sleeve tensioner. 

1 x M8 washers, max. 15mm diameter (not required) 

2 x M6 washers, as small as possible, for the M6x80 (not required) 

2 x long M6 threaded sleeves (optionally 4 nuts) 

1 x long M8 threaded sleeve (optionally 2 nuts)

My smaller monitor is a Samsung SMBX 2440 and weighs approximately 4.2 kg.
