This is a fantastic design, however after priting - number of issues regarding durability and tolerances became apparent.
After several more test prints, these issues have been resolved with tweaked print settings for an optimal print;

Improvements:

100% infill for maximum strength and long-term durability (PETG)
Utilises M3 x 12mm bolts/nuts (i used hex-style with a tapered head)
Increased bottom layer height (container face) to improve rigidity and minimise flex
Reduced layer height from 0.20mm to 0.08mm for improved tolerances, particularly for the M3 nut
Includes support material for M3 bolt & nut holes, which can be pushed out with hex tool bit, resulting in a clean removal & finish

How to Remove Support Material:

Use a flat-faced tool bit of some kind (i.e. hex bit or allen key) to push out waste material from one side, to the other.
If your tool bit pierces through waste material push on slight angle, towards outer edges of waste material - in a circular motion to remove as a single piece.
