HOTO SNAPBLOQ 2x1 Tray Advanced Version

This accessory is an additional tray for the HOTO SNAPBLOQ™. Users can customize the tray with their own color combinations to create a personalized design that suits their preferences.

Requires purchasing specific magnets and screws. Enjoy the satisfaction of DIY assembly by inserting magnets during the printing process and securing the main body and connectors with self-tapping screws.

Instructions:

1. Material Specifications:

• Printing material: Bambu PLA Basic (used for design testing).

• M1.7*6 self-tapping screws, 8 pieces.

• Φ6*15 magnets, 8 or 16 pieces.

2. Slicing Method:

• Slice the main body normally and add supports.

• For the connecting parts, select support on build plate only. Additionally, add pause layers at the top of the two magnet slots. To do this: After slicing, drag the right-side layer bar, right-click at the top of the magnet slots (where there is no closed surface), and add a pause layer. Repeat this process twice for two pause layers.

3. Printing Process:

• During the printing of the connecting parts, insert the magnets at the pause layer positions (ensure the magnets are first attached to the snapbloq and then placed correctly to maintain the correct magnetic poles). Continue printing, placing magnets twice (top and bottom).

4. Assembly:

• Assemble the connecting parts and main body in the correct orientation.

• Screw in the 8 self-tapping screws through the side openings provided.
