Musical Note Micro Print (2 min Print Time Each)

Introducing my newest micro print! Available in keychain and non-keychain versions, these tiny prints hit just the right note for the music lovers in your life. I whipped these up to take to a local music event with a stack of business cards to give out to friends, customers, and random strangers!

 

Each note takes about 2 minutes to print at 0.24 mm layer lines I chose for the Print Profiles. The first one takes just 8-10 minutes due to printer startup time (may be higher if you choose bed leveling and flow calibration). Each hits the scales just 0.7 g and measures 17.7 mm x 23 mm x 2.8 mm. (Sorry not sorry for the music puns…)

 

I've included four plates in each Print Profile, including:

1. Single Keychain. Print solo or use the Bambu Handy option to print up to 10 at a time.
2. Single Note. Same as the keychain but without the hole.
3. So. Many. Keychains. Includes 100 on the main profile for 256x256x256 mm beds or larger. 84 on the A1 mini / 180x180x180 mm plate.
4. All the Right Notes. Minus the hole. 100 on the main profile for 256x256x256mm beds or larger. 84 on the A1 mini / 180x180x180mm one.

I've left the keychain torus hole as a separate object in the Print Profiles. Feel free to adjust the position if you prefer the notes to hang from a keychain or jump ring in a different direction.
