Description
This jig is designed to help you precisely align six dog tags for consistent engraving using the XTool M1 10W laser engraver.
The the jig features the x/y coordinates of the top-left corner or each dog tag, making it easy to replicate placements or adjust your file accordingly in the software. The right edge of the jig rests snugly against the engraver wall, while the top edge aligns with the lip where the removable plate slides in. This physical referencing ensures the jig stays secure and repeatable across sessions. Based on multiple alignment tests, the margin of error remains consistently under 1 mm.
v2 features dimensional refinements and organized the x and y coordinates into the blank space on the right.
