Boost MeIf you like the projects and models I've uploaded, giving me a follow is greatly appreciated!
I created this Y splitter to have a smoother path for better TPU printing and no need hoses to be switched back and forth.
Note. I have a version 3.0 uploaded now, it's worth checking out. https://makerworld.com/en/models/2317429-v3-0-h2d-internal-y-splitter-curved#profileId-2530643
Update. 1/25/2026 Fixed the scaling issue. Now needs to be printed at 100% with (Bambu lab petg basic) settings as per my testing. Other material may still need to be scaled differently. Sharing any findings in the comments is apricated.
NOTE. After attaching the Y Splitter, test the full range of the toolhead’s motion. If the Y Splitter is positioned too close to a guide clips, it may interfere with the toolhead’s movement to different areas within the printer.
Assembly instructions. make shore that there is no plastic or bridging interfering with the filament path. after you get the connectors fitted use a piece of carbon or glass filed materiel and run it through the filament path to smooth out any blobs or seem lines, I like to put a site kink or bend in it the do a better job. Remember to remove any filament dust after this process.
