☕ A capsule for the Outin Portable Espresso Machine@outin.official – designed especially for a Makerworld competition #outinchallenge! I wanted to create more than just a storage box.
🔄 This capsule is more than just a shell – it offers 3 functional modes to make your coffee moments easier, wherever you are:
Compact mode – everything in one place: the OutIn coffee maker, a cup, and even a hidden compartment for coffee beans or capsules. Just choose what you prefer! ☕
Brewing stand mode – with a simple transformation, the capsule becomes a solid stand, so you can brew your espresso anywhere – in the forest, in the mountains, or by a lake. 🏕️
Flat mode – mini table – for those who love to fully enjoy their coffee. Unfold the capsule into a stylish coffee table, perfect for serving and relaxing. ✨
🛠️ Assembly Instructions
To assemble the capsule, you'll need super glue. The housing is divided into two parts to make it printable on compact 3D printers like the Bambu Lab P1S or X1C. Simply glue together the parts 01_Housing and 02_Housing, then attach the 03_SideBar and 04_SideBar on each side to complete the main structure.
🧲 You'll also need 32 magnets (5×2 mm) for smooth snapping functionality and to keep all the parts securely in place during transport and use.
