Description
Annealing is a post-processing step that can enhance a 3D printed part's mechanical strength and thermal resistance.
This tray fits perfectly inside the Bambu Lab AMS HT and consists of three easy-to-assemble parts:
The tray allows hot air from below the part to flow upward, enhancing heat distribution for improved annealing results.
The parts you see in the pictures were printed with Bambu PAHT-CF. Other suitable materials would be: ABS-GF, ASA-CF, PC, PA6-CF/GF, PET-CF.
For optimal annealing settings please consult the TDS of your specific filaments.
Here are some example settings:
| Filament | Temperature | Time |
| Bambu PLA Basic | 50 - 60°C | 6 to 12 hours |
| Bambu PLA-CF | 55 - 60°C | 6 to 12 hours |
| Bambu PETG-HF | 75 - 80°C | 4 to 8 hours |
| Bambu PETG-CF | 65°C | 8 hours |
| Bambu ABS | 80-85°C | 6 to 12 hours |
| Bambu ABS-GF | 80-85°C | 6 to 12 hours |
| Bambu ASA | 80-85°C | 6 to 12 hours |
| Bambu PC | 85°C | 6 to 12 hours |
| Bambu PA6-GF/CF | 80-85°C | 6 to 12 hours |
| Bambu PAHT-CF | 80-85°C | 6 to 12 hours |
| Polymaker HT-PLA | 85°C | 30 minutes* |
| Polymaker HT-PLA-GF | 85°C | 30 minutes * |
