Adjustable Chamfer Gauge

Boost MeA boost is greatly appreciated and allows me to make more useful prints like this one :)

This is a fully printable tool for measuring the chamfer size of a corner. It is easy to use without needing individual gauges and has a range of ~1mm up to 30mm. A metric and imperial plate is provided for wider use.

 

No screws, tools etc are required to make or use this.

 

Can be printed with or without an AMS. The scale markings are raised one layer so they will still be visible even if printed in a single colour. 

 

Assembly is very simple, the sliding part just slots in, and the lid slides over the top and clicks into place.

To swap between metric/imperial simply slide the lid off, swap the plate, and slide the lid back on.
