Delta Band Saw 28-180 Lever

This lever is for the door on a Delta 28-180 8" Bandsaw, part #1345041. Since the part is discontinued, I made this from a picture of the original, measured the existing adjustment screw and roll pin and modeled it up in Fusion 360. 

For strength, it is printed at 100% infill, in ABS. Support is enabled with Tree Slim to ensure a good print for the slot while printed on it's side.

To install the lever, remove the both on the back side of the adjustment screw (11mm), and then using a small hammer and punch (a nail with the sharp tip ground off works too) remove the roll pin.  Slide the adjustment pin into the slot, aligning the holes. Hammer in the roll pin, then reinstall onto the bandsaw door.
