AMS LITE MODULAR KIT

This is an AMS Lite stand that has a built-in build plate holder for 4 plates and also has mini spool holders that allow 1 or 2 mini spools to be used on both sides with your AMS Lite. I made this stand modular so that additional accessories in the future can be created and attached. The stand can be used with or without the build plate holder. The AMS Lite mounts the same way it does to the stock stand that it comes with.

The 6 screws that are printed will need to be glued in place. I utilized Loctite plastics bonder glue to adhere 4 screws to the build plate holder and 2 screws to the AMS Lite stand.

Once the screws are glued into place and cured, you align the holes on the stand with the screws and then utilize the caps to screw down the stand to the build plate holder.

The 2 screws that are glued to the stand are used to hold and use mini spools. You can use the single shaft or attach the extension to allow 2 mini spools to be utilized on one side.

The back has a channel that fits the AMS Lite wire to hold it into place.

I used Bambu Lab PLA Basic Gold Filament for the base and Bambu Lab PLA Metal for the build plate holder and screws. It has 25% triangle infill with 5 wall layers and 5 top and bottom layers.
