I was unhappy with other paint storage options on the market, so I designed my own. Specifically designed for standard size craft paint bottles (think Folk Art, Delta / Ceramcoat, etc). Each slot is curved to hold the paint in place, so it won't fall off the shelf. Each unit holds 6 bottles, and includes screw holes for easy installation. Pictured is 12 units put together.

 

I wanted a nice “framed” look, so the outer pieces have a  “wall." If you don't want a wall, and just want open sides, print ONLY the middle pieces. Additionally, if you don't want the shelf on top, print ONLY bottom pieces. And if you want no walls, and no shelf, print ONLY the bottom middle piece, as many as needed to achieve the size you want.

 

IMPORTANT: Don't be like me, and change your settings between units. After I printed the first piece, I changed my layer height, and then printed the rest. This made that first piece NOT fit nicely like the rest. I could have re-printed it with my new settings, but I didn't want to toss it, so I just sanded down the left corner to fit correctly. Moral of the story, use the same settings for all units.
