♻️ Dolce Gusto Capsule Crusher – 3-Part Design for Easy Recycling ☕

Tired of struggling to oopen DolceGusto coffee pods? This 3-part Dolce Gusto capsule opener is a clean, practical, and good-looking solution to open and recycle your capsules with ease! 😎

I designed it to be simple, effective, and easy to use. The system consists of:

🔽 Bottom Lid – Collects crushed capsules and coffee grounds.
🦷 Main Body – Holds the capsule firmly and features integrated teeth to pierce it.
🔨 Crusher – Slides from the top and pushes the capsule down, turning it inside out against the teeth for a clean split.

☕ How to Use

1. Close the lid and place the capsule upside down inside the main body.
2. Insert the Crusher from the top and press it down until it reaches the end of the stroke.
3. Remove the Crusher, open the bottom lid over a plate or bin to release the coffee grounds.
4. You can also use the Crusher to push the empty pod back out from underneath.
5. Repeat for the next capsule – you're now in eco-mode! 🌱

🛠️ Durability & Printing Tips

• So far, my Crusher has handled 50+ capsules with no issue.
• Print with PETG or other durable filaments. PLA is too brittle and may break after just a few uses.
• No supports needed – everything prints clean and easily.
