Description
I'm releasing the 145mm long Suppressor as a different model, since there were too many options here, and I developed it more, with all the 115mm Cages and 3 new ones. Check it out for more information, or if you like a longer suppressor.
Since I added this model, all the 145mm parts have been removed from here, except the Print Profile, which I will keep as a record.

Since the Flash Hider can get stuck inside the Barrel, these tools can help during unfastening, giving you a better grip on the parts. Just clip the tools in place and twist them: remember the thread is CCW, so you will have to turn it CW to unlock it. I suggest printing them in a strong and yet flexible material, such as PETG or ABS. You can find the model in the dedicated 3mf file.

The new designs for the Cages are more complex, as they feature small bed contact, steep overhangs, bridges, and supports in some places. They are a bit tricky to print. Regarding the Barrels, why do they lack texture? I don't really know. So here they are, testing the designs, divided into open and closed versions.

Uploaded new Flash Suppressors or Muzzle Brakes (still don't know the correct name) HERE!
I decided to publish them in a different model because the upload situation here was a mess for me.
Added 100mm version and Flash Suppressor - Solid as requested for better durability.
Added 4 new Cages and a new Main Barrel without Flash Suppressor for the 115mm version. Updated parts folders and print profile. Adapters available.

As requested, a longer 145mm version has been added. You can find it in the STL drop-down menu from the download button.
This is a custom design for Softair or Airsoft suppressors.
It does not silence the shot in any way; it is purely aesthetic. It is modular, so it will be easy to adjust or change it on the fly. If you want, it is possible to insert sponges or foam inside the silencer barrel to dampen the sound. Remember to cut the central hole for the BBs.
The Flash Suppressor is the main part; it has an M14x1mm thread and should be compatible with most rifles. The Main Barrel threads on the Flash Suppressor (all the threads are CCW), and then comes the Cage around the Main Barrel. At the top, there is the Cap.
I uploaded the 115mm long suppressor, but I also have the 130mm, 145mm and 160mm versions of the Main Barrel and Cage, if someone needs them.
There are several versions of the Cap and a lot of alternatives for the Cage (at the moment, I uploaded only two).
I also made Main Barrels without Flash Suppressor (FS) and others with the possibility of adjusting the shot speed, slowing it down (needed for too powerful guns).
I will see how many people use these suppressors and decide if it's worth uploading all the versions.
If you need to adapt them to other guns and rifles, just tell me or try with my ADAPTERS.
Avoid PLA, it snaps too easily. I printed mine in ASA, PA-CF, and ABS-like Resin for some Cages. I suggest sticking to PAHT-CF.
Use strong parameters, such as a lot of walls (at least 4 for the Main Barrel), slow printing, high temperatures and low cooling.
I also suggest the use of brims for the long and thin parts.
