PVC End-cap covers - Heatpump intake/outake cover

This is a PVC cover that I am posting in several sizes. For custom sizing just scale the model so the inner diameter is just larger than the outter diameter of your PVC.

 

The following print profiles are available:

For 3" PVC (which actually has 3.5 in OD)

4" PVC

 

You can download and scale x and y to other sizes as needed.

 

To attach it I used good old 5-min epoxy. It is one of my go to's and is very durable and I had it on hand. It has worked great.

 

Why did I make this?

Birds. They decided to move in the heat pump intake/outlets during winter. Nests meant no airflow, no airflow means the heat pump wouldn't kick on. We evicted the new residence and used this to take care of the issue.
