🧱 Modular Raspberry Pi 5 Case

A versatile, snap-fit enclosure system designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi 5 — whether you need a slim profile or extra room for cooling and expansion, this modular case adapts to your setup

🔧 Features

  • Snap-fit design (no screws needed)
  • Access to reset button
  • Opener as a RasPi design
  • Multiple size options:
    • Big – Space for M.2 board and cooling fan
    • Middle – Space for cooling fan only
    • Slim – Minimal footprint
    • Slim w/ Connector Holes – For direct cable access

🧰 Customize the Infill Pattern (Optional):

You can create cool visual patterns or lightweight structures using the built-in infill pattern design.

Steps:

  1. Select the object labeled “Box/Lid Infill Pattern”
  2. Go to the Sparse Infill section under the Strength tab
  3. Adjust these settings:
    • Sparse infill density: ~15%–40%
    • Sparse infill pattern: choose from the dropdown
    • Infill direction: adjust the angle (default is 45°)

🔁 Repeat this for each “% - Infill Pattern” object you want to customize.
✅ Always hit [Slice Plate] and preview the result before printing.

 

🖨️ Print Settings:

  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm
  • Layer height: 0.20 mm
  • Supports: Not required
  • Tested with: PLA (multiple brands), BambuLab X1C & A1
  • Best results on: Cool Plate Super Tack
