Titan Aero i3 Upgrade Kit - Reloaded

I like the approach of E3D, but the design has its shortcomings. So I created my own version.

Changes I've made:

• only three linear bushings needed
• wider cutout for the big gear
• more compact design
• removed holes for E3D fan solution
• better stiffness
• more finished look

Should be work on any i3-ish printer with 45mm x-axis distance.
