Print-In-Place Spray Paint Gun

This is a print-in-place design, meaning that no assembly is required to get the trigger to work. Simply pop it off the build plate and it's ready to go! There is a caveat to this, if you decide to print the grip separate or go with an off-the-shelf option, then you will need to attach it via a screw. 

 

IMPORTANT

If you download the STL, you will need to split it to parts in the slicer for it to print correctly. Right click the STL in the ‘Objects’ menu (Next to ‘Global’) and select ‘Split’ and ‘To parts'. 

 

I have designed it so that ¼"-20, ¼"-28, and M6 screws will work, just make sure to download the correct base.

Minimum screw length is ½" or 12mm, and maximum screw length is 1-1/8" or 30mm. This may vary depending on the grip you are using, so a good in between value like ¾" or 20mm would be a safe bet.
