Prius Gen 2 Key Fob Case & Just the Keychain

Inspired by Porsche or Tesla Model X key fob, I decided to design this fob case for my Prius Gen 2!

 

I have been using this model for the past year and it works great!

Two notes about the design though:

• You will not be able to insert the key into the slot anymore
• You will loss access to the button on the keys

With those two things in mind, I have not needed to use them in the past year that I have been using the fob.

 

You can totally print the case using FDM printers, but I use one of those 3D Printing service to get it printed out of SLS PA-CF. It looks more polished and much cleaner.

 

BoM:

1x Body (PETG, ASA, ABS, PA)

1x Cover (PETG, ASA, ABS, PA)

[Optional] 1x Gasket (TPU)

1x Keychain Loop

4x M2x6mm Counter Sunk Screw

1x Key fob (I ordered a cheap on from Aliexpress and program it to my car, but feel free to use your spare)
