Description

Distinta base:

  • 25 viti a testa svasata M3 x 16 mm
  • 5 viti a testa svasata M3 x 4 mm
  • 1x viti a testa svasata M3 x 12mm
  • 5 viti a testa piatta M1,5 x 4 mm
  • 5 molle di espansione 3/16″x1-3/4 o 4,8 mm x 44,5 mm
  • 6x servo JX-6225MG 300 gradi
  • 1x nastro 16 fili 3 metri
  • 1x lenza da pesca intrecciata 0,8 mm 200 libbre, 3 metri
  • 5x sensore Hall AH3503
  • 5x magneti a disco diametro 2,5 mm x 1 mm
  • 1 tubo in teflon ID1,5MM X OD2,5MM, 3 metri
  • The InMoov Hand i2 is an open-source, 3D-printable prosthetic hand designed as part of the larger InMoov robotics project. It is an evolution of the original InMoov hand, featuring a new design and improved functionality. The i2 hand is designed to be replicated on any home 3D printer with a build area of 12x12x12 cm. It can be controlled using servos in the arm, servos mounted in the palm, or smaller servos embedded in the palm.
  • Before printing all the components, you should print the CALIBRATOR to ensure that the parts fit together correctly. If you encounter difficulty assembling the components, you can resolve the issue by adjusting the horizontal expansion setting in your slicer software. This setting may vary depending on the slicer and printer, but users report that setting it to -0.15 is a great starting point.
  • Here is the list of parts and the number of prints needed for one right hand:
  • 1x i2_CoverFingerV3
  • 1x i2_FingersMoldX5V3
  • 1x i2_FingersTipX5V2
  • 1x i2_FingersX5V1
  • 1x i2_HandCoverV1
  • 1x i2_PalmCoverV2
  • 1x i2_PulleyX5V1
  • 1x i2_WristGearV1
  • 1x i2_WristLargeV2
  • Print the following parts (WristLarge, FingersMold, Fingers, WristGear, Pulley) at a maximum resolution of 0.25 mm, with 30% infill, 2 mm wall thickness, no supports, and no raft.
  • Print these parts (CoverFinger, FingersTip, HandCover, PalmCover) at a maximum resolution of 0.25 mm, with 30% infill, 2 mm wall thickness, supports required, raft if needed by the printer.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM):
  • 25x M3 x 16 mm countersunk screws
