Then this is the perfect solution for you: the Book Jewelry Box!

It features enough space to neatly store rings, bracelets, and necklaces, all hidden within a book-shaped design. You can even customize the spine with your favorite text to match your style or bookshelf!

 

 

Bill of Materials (very simple):

• 4× M3x25 mm screws (socket or button head, either works)
• 8× D6x3 mm magnets
• (Optional: an additional 8× D6x3 mm magnets for extra holding strength)
• Superglue (for securing the magnets)

Assembly Guide:

Step 1:
Place magnets in the marked pockets, making sure to note the polarity.

 

Step 2:
Place magnets in the opposite halves with reversed polarity, so they attract properly.

 

Steps 3 & 4:
Align the spine with the covers and screw in the 4 screws through the indicated holes.
Tighten until they’re flush, but don’t overtighten to keep the hinge flexible.

 

 

Important Notes:

• The drawers are precision friction-fit, tested for optimal tolerance. They may feel tight at first,  just slide them in and out a few times, and they’ll settle nicely. For this I've found it works best if you place the drawer sideways for each corner of the shelf like in this gif:
   

  If you still struggle to fit the drawers in, you could try to sand the bottom edges as shown in the following sketch:
