PVC tube connector

This is a simple connector for 2 different tubes:

8mm inner diameter with 1mm walls (10mm outer)

10mm outer diameter with 2mm walls (14mm outer)

I've left all the objects and cutouts in the model, so feel free to modify them as needed for your model.
