🛠️ Custom Spacer for Bosch Active Plus Speed Sensor – Elegant and Reliable Fix

Over time, I noticed that the Bosch Active Plus speed sensor on my eBike started giving inaccurate readings. The issue? The magnetic sensor on the wheel was positioned too far from the speed sensor—more than 1 cm—while the optimal distance should be no more than 1 cm.

💡 The Fix:

I designed and 3D-printed a custom spacer to place between the sensor and the bike frame, bringing the sensor closer to the magnet. This simple tweak completely resolved the issue.
