Sliding Sign - Customize or ready print

 

A simple sign with a sliding cover allowing for one of two options to be displayed. Perfect for a dishwasher, toilet or meeting room. Options with or without magnets. If you select from my "ready to print" options with magnets, you will need 6x3 mm magnets. Fill as many magnet holes are you need.

When customizing, the parameters are not validated. Use values that make sense and fully preview the model in Bambu Studio before printing. Use cuation. The slider length and width are fine but other parameters have not been fully tested.

 

After you download your custom case, you need to :

• Start with a standard 0.2 mm layer preset
• Only one wall on first layer
• 3 wall loops
• 5 bottom shell layers

If you need a custom sign, I suggest using MakerLab's “Make My Sign”

(Select Customize here for a sample starting point)

• Base of 188 mm x 48 mm (for 200 mm slider)
• Base of 138 mm x 38 mm (for 150 mm slider)
• Base of 88 mm x 28 mm (for 100 mm slider)
• Two shapes each half the size of Base
• Red and Green (or your option)
• Add Your Text
• They do allow you to upload your own fonts if needed
• Plate thickness: 2 mm
• Text thickness: 0.6 mm
• Facedown Mode
• Change base plate color from black if needed 

• Click Download
